I've been remiss in not drawing attention to The Monkey Cage, the new political science blog run by three of my George Washington University colleagues (David Park, John Sides, and former APSR editor Lee Sigelman). They are looking to publicize and promote discussion of relevant political science research, building on the efforts of Henry Farrell - yet another GWU colleague! - and hopefully to bring such research more fully into the public realm. I'm thrilled to see more of my colleagues getting involved in this kind of work at the nexus of the professional and the public - there should be some great stuff here, so check it out.
Hi there.
I am a student at the University of Minnesota in the USA. I am a journalism student and am required to write a story on Beirut. I am just trying to get a hold of anyone I can from Beirut so I can talk to them about how the war with Israel effects you on a daily basis, or if it effects you at all? I would be very greatful for any response you could give me. Thanks so much for your time. Please e-mail me at [email protected].
Thanks again!
Tiffany
