I've collected the postings by myself, Colin Kahl, and Brian Katulis about the strategic outlook for Iraq into an easily downloadable PDF for anyone who might be interested.  The symposium should be coming out in a heavily edited and revised format in a journal fairly soon, but for now I wanted to make the debate available in this form for those who might find it useful.  Download Iraq_Debate.pdf here... assuming the tech works.
