No particular current relevance here, but historians interested in the Muslim Brotherhood might be keen to hear that the Muslim Brotherhood's official website has just posted scanned versions of some of the very earliest Ikhwan newspapers:
So far they have posted six issues of the magazine al-Shehab and two issues of the newspaper al-Ikhwan al-Muslimeen. Those interested in the early history of the MB should grab the PDF files while they are still available!
Apologies for the off-topic, but over in the thumbnails where you said (re McCain) "DeBaathification is dead", I guess it's possible you meant "rolling back DeBaathification is dead", but in any event it sounds much more definitive than anything I was aware of, so I was wondering what you're relying on there.

Yes, of course I meant "de-DeBaathification." Not based on any inside information, just how the press has been discussing it and Sistani's intervention. Broader point is just that the US set out a series of political benchmarks and none show much progress.

Sorry I casn't read Arabic. Does any of the newspapers give praise to Western countries for the support they gave to the Muslim brotherhood?
