A new edition to AlHurra. What do you think AA?

Alhurra, the Arabic-language satellite channel has launched a new weekly program, “Inside Washington,” that gives viewers an in-depth look at the political process in the nation’s capital. The 30-minute program focuses on the political issues and the people that impact U.S. policy. Through interviews and in-depth reports, “Inside Washington” helps viewers deepen their understanding of the U.S. policies and their origins. Hosted by Robert Satloff, Executive Director of the Washington Institute for Near East Policy, “Inside Washington” airs on Saturday evenings across the Middle East (4:30 p.m. GMT.) Guests scheduled to appear on the program in the coming weeks include Thomas Friedman,Columnist for the New York Times and Joe Lockhart, former White House Press Secretary.

This is an excellent and long-overdue move. I differ with Hughes on one point, though...

Newspapers are still important and have important sectors of society reading them. They cannot be neglected as more effort is being spent on TV or other media.
