FYI, a reminder: I will be chairing today's Security Policy Forum on the topic of civilian casualties of war. The featured speakers are Colin Kahl of Georgetown University and CNAS (and frequent contributor to Abu Aardvark and other fine Abu blogs) and Paul Huth of the University of Maryland, a leading scholar of deterrence and international security. The panel runs from 3:30-5:00, Room B17 at the Elliott School of International Affairs, 1957 E Street. Hope to see you there!
