In several of the games, the Lakers actually had the lead. Think about that - the Lakers were winning... often for long stretches of the game. Page 437 of the report describes the look on Rasheed Wallace's face in the third quarter of game 4 - does that look like the face of someone who is winning? And on page 357, what are we to make of the fact that Shaquille O'Neal went out to dinner on Tuesday night - would he really have done that if the Lakers were losing. Case... Closed!"

While the Lakers didn't actually 'win games,' Jackson was carefully plotting ahead to the future ... a future we must not let happen.
